END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) DinoDB Version 25.8.2 Copyright (c) 2025 Mykola Yakovliev. All rights reserved. IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By installing, copying, or using DinoDB software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software. 2. LICENSE GRANT Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Mykola Yakovliev ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your macOS devices. 3. LICENSE TYPES 3.1 PERSONAL LICENSE (FREE) - Use: Individual, non-commercial use only - Restrictions: Cannot be used for business, commercial, or revenue-generating activities - Features: Core functionality excluding commercial features 3.2 COMMERCIAL LICENSE (PAID) - Use: Business, commercial, or organizational use - Features: Full access to all Software features including SSO authentication - Cost: One-time license fee of $20 4. RESTRICTIONS You may not: a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software b) Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Software c) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software d) Use the Software to develop competing products e) Share commercial license keys with unauthorized users 5. OWNERSHIP The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. 6. DATA AND PRIVACY - The Software connects to your AWS account using credentials you provide - AWS credentials are stored locally on your device using macOS Keychain Services - Licensor does not access, store, or transmit your AWS data or credentials - Anonymous usage analytics may be collected to improve the Software 7. UPDATES AND SUPPORT - Licensor may provide updates to the Software at its discretion - Updates are subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a new license - Support is provided as described in the Terms of Service 8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. 10. TERMINATION - This license is effective until terminated - You may terminate by uninstalling the Software - Licensor may terminate if you breach this Agreement - Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software 11. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. 12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software. 13.
